10+1 and 10+2 Science Stream Admissions

This document aims at guiding you on the admission procedure and ensuring a fruitful interaction with us. Please read it thoroughly. For Pre-Nursery ; Nursery and 10+1 and 10+2 (science stream)
Interaction with the children [who have been registered for admission] & their parents shall be held.
For K.G. and Other Classes
Admission Tests are held (only for those children who have been registered for admission).
The written test consists of subjects:
• For K.G. English, Maths and Hindi (if applicable)
• For 1st English, Maths and Hindi
• For 2nd onwards English, Maths and Hindi and General Studies.
• For +1 and +2 Classes English, Maths and Science and General Studies.
If you think that Stamford is the institution that you would like to consider for your child, please fill in the attached First Information Form. This should be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 300 (or US$ 50 for overseas enquiries) for an Admissions Kit.
This can be paid by cash, demand draft or wire transfer. (Bank details for wire transfer can be obtained from the school). Upon receipt of the payment, the school will despatch an Admissions Kit which also contains the Admission Application Form.
Schedule an appointment with the Admissions Coordinator. Parents are advised to be punctual for the given appointment.

The selected candidates are given one week’s time to deposit fee & seek admission. In case of fee not deposited during that period their candidature may be cancelled & passed on to the candidates in the waiting list.
Documents Required with the Admission Form
• Completed Application Form in Original
• Original School Leaving Certificate, if studied in a school earlier.
• Photocopy of Report Card, if studied in school earlier.
• Passport-size photographs (four in school uniform).
• Stamp-size photographs (two in school uniform).
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
Note Admission of a student to any class is provisional till all the documentary requirements are complied with. All documents are to be produced within a period of 40 days from the admission date in all eventuality, failing which the provisional admission will stand cancelled automatically & the school will not be responsible for any loss to the student in any manner.
Parents have to ensure that all entries in the Admission Form are written legibly and correctly.
Principal's decision regarding admission or refusal to admission will be final.
VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
Foreign Nationals intending to study in STAMFORD will have to travel to India on a Student Visa issued by an Indian Foreign Office located in their country. The student will be required to attach the Confirmed Letter of Admission and the Visa Letter issued by the school to obtain the required Visa.
